135.09 FEDERAL COPS FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established a special revenue fund which shall be known as the Federal COPS Fund.
   (b)   Funds received under the Federal COPS Program will be used by local law enforcement agencies to establish or expand community policing programs within the Village.
