There is hereby established the position of Part-Time Clerk. Compensation for such position shall be paid at an hourly rate as determined from time to time by Council. This individual shall be subject to the direct control of the Fiscal Officer and shall normally work less than forty hours in one week or for a period of less than eight months out of the twelve- month year. This individual shall perform tasks in the Village Income Tax Department and related work as requested by the Income Tax Clerk and the Fiscal Officer.
