There is hereby established the position of Village Income Tax Clerk. Compensation for such position shall be paid at an hourly rate as determined from time to time by Council. The Income Tax Clerk shall be subject to the direct control of the Fiscal Officer and shall perform professional accounting tasks in the Village's Income Tax Department and related work as requested by the Fiscal Officer.
