135.02 INDIGENT DRIVERS ALCOHOL TREATMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby created an Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Fund for the purpose of proper accounting of fine moneys received from alcohol related traffic offenses.

(b) Funds received pursuant to subsection (a) hereof shall be disbursed according to the regulations set forth in Ohio R.C. 4511.19.1(M).

(c) The Village Fiscal Officer shall select an appropriate financial institution in the Village in which to establish said Fund
