121.01 SMOKING PROHIBITED.

(a) The smoking of any cigarette, cigar, pipe or tobacco in any other form or the burning of tobacco or any other substance in the Council Chambers during Council meetings is prohibited.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than ten dollars ($10.00) per violation.
