(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any officer violating any provision of §§ 31.30 to 31.34 may be reprimanded, suspended, or discharged. In addition, any person, firm, or corporation convicted of violating any provision of §§ 31.30 to 31.34 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
