§ 31.16 ADOPTION AND AMENDMENTS.
   (A) The city’s investment policy shall be adopted by order of the City Commission and shall become effective on the date of adoption, but no later than January 1, 1995.
   (B)   The policy shall be reviewed annually and revised as needed. Any amendments to this policy must be made by order of the City Commission.
