The City Treasurer may invest and reinvest city funds in any of the obligations, contracts, certificates of deposit, banker’s acceptances, commercial papers, bonds, certificates of indebtedness, securities, and/or mutual funds as set forth and in accordance with KRS 66.480; provided such investments are made in consideration of the limitations set forth in KRS 66.480(2).
