§ 31.05 INVESTMENT AUTHORITY.
   It shall be the duty of the City Treasurer to act under the authority of this order and provide for the investment and oversight of the city’s funds. The City Treasurer shall perform these duties subject to the approval of the City Commission. The City Treasurer shall be ultimately responsible for all transactions undertaken and shall maintain all records related to the city’s investment program.
