(A) The office of the City Clerk be established; said Clerk shall be appointed by the Commission.
(B) The Clerk shall record the minutes of the monthly meetings of the City Commission, shall have the care and custody of the minute and ordinance books of the city, and shall have the care and custody of a record of all correspondence with the city.
(C) The Clerk shall take the oath of office given to all Commissioners.
(D) The Clerk shall serve without bond.
