§ 92.07 PORTABLE OUTDOOR SIGNS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, in person, or by its authorized agent, to cause, allow, or permit the placing of electrical or nonelectrical, lighted or unlighted, mechanical or nonmechanical, portable outdoor signs on any public property or any property owned, occupied, or under the control of such person.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation found in violation of this provision of this subchapter shall be liable to the city for any and all expenses, losses, or damages to the city as a result of such violation, including the cost of removal of said signs.
