§ 92.04 ACCUMULATION OF RUBBISH ON PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any property in the city to permit any growth, refuse, trash, garbage, or scrap material which attracts rodents or otherwise is a nuisance to the public to accumulate and remain upon any property within the city.
