§ 90.36 CONFLICT OF LAW.
   These provisions shall substitute any conflicting provisions in the city’s tax rate ordinance for qualifying residents; however, any non-conflicting additional penalties and interest contained in the city tax rate ordinance shall be in addition to any penalties charged herein.
