No work vehicles over 6,000 pounds’ gross vehicle weight may be left on any premises except in a garage, or parked behind the rear wall of the residence, and no more than five vehicles (owned by the resident) of any type may be present on any premises at any one time. In addition, no vehicle which is longer than 21 feet is allowed to be parked anywhere in the city.
