For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
EASEMENT. Includes, but not by limitation, all utility and drainage easements and street rights- of-way, specifically including the area 25 feet from the center of the street to the property line in the cul-de-sacs and 30 feet from the center of the through streets in the city.
