164.17 WEEDS.

The Hiawatha Property Maintenance Code is hereby amended by deleting Section 302.4 of the International Property Maintenance Code and replacing said section as follows:

302.4 Weeds. Premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds and plant growth in accordance with Hiawatha Code of Ordinance Chapter 50.
