Section 301.3 is hereby amended to read as follows:

301.3 Vacant Structures and Land. Vacant structures and premises thereof shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided in Hiawatha Code of Ordinances Chapter 148; Vacant Building Regulations, so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health and safety.
