Section 111.2 is hereby amended to read as follows:

111.2 Closing of Vacant Structures. Vacant buildings and structures shall be registered and regulated in accordance with Hiawatha Code of Ordinances Chapter 148.

111.2.1 Authority to disconnect utility services. (This section to remain unchanged.)
