The Hiawatha Property Maintenance Code is hereby amended by replacing Section 111.1.5 of the International Property Maintenance Code as follows:

111.1.5 Dangerous Structures and Premises. Any building found to be a “dangerous building” as defined in Hiawatha Code of Ordinances Chapter 145 shall be regulated in accordance with Hiawatha Ordinance Chapter 145 and applicable State of Iowa regulations.
