164.10 VIOLATIONS.

The Hiawatha Property Maintenance Code is hereby amended by amending Section 109.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code as follows:

109.1 Unlawful Acts. It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to be in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of this code. A failure to satisfy any of the provisions of the Hiawatha Property Maintenance Code shall constitute a nuisance.
