Section 61.3(2) of the State Mechanical Code is amended to read as follows:

Section 61.3(2) Local Authority. The City of Hiawatha shall administer the permit, inspection, testing, and enforcement provisions contained in this code in accordance with the administrative chapter IBC Chapter 1 as adopted and amended by the City of Hiawatha Ordinance Chapter 155.
