The Hiawatha Building Code is hereby amended by deleting Section 116.1 through 116.5 of the International Building Code and replacing said sections as follows:

116.1 Dangerous Structures and Premises. Any building found to be a “dangerous building” as defined in Hiawatha Code of Ordinances Chapter 145 shall be regulated in accordance with Hiawatha Ordinance Chapter 145 and applicable State of Iowa regulations.
