Section 113.1 of the International Building Code shall be replaced as follows:

113. General: Appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the building official relative to the application and interpretation of this code, shall be heard and decided by the Board of Appeals (hereinafter “Board”) as set forth in Chapter 159 of the Code of Ordinances.
