The Hiawatha Building Code is hereby amended by adding a new Section 109.7 to the International Building Code as follows:
109.7 Reinspections. A reinspection fee in Table 1-A BUILDING PERMIT AND INSPECTION FREE SCHEDULE as adopted by resolution of the Hiawatha City Council may be assessed for each reinspection of a failed inspection.
