166.50 VIOLATION AND PENALTY.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HIAWATHA, IOWA

Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any provision of this Code shall be subject to a municipal infraction punishable by civil penalty not to exceed $750.00 for the first offense and not to exceed $1,000.00 for each repeat offense as provided in Chapter 4 of the Hiawatha Code of Ordinances.
