1. Unsafe, Unlawful or Abandoned Signs; Correction of Deficiency. If the City finds that any sign regulated herein is unsafe or unsecured, a hazard to the public, unlawfully placed or is an abandoned sign structure the City shall consider the structure a nuisance and it shall be abated in accordance with Hiawatha Code Chapter 50.
