This chapter shall be known as the “City of Hiawatha Unified Development Code,” and has been referred to as the “Development Code” or “Code” when a shortened title is necessary. This chapter is adopted by authority of, and for the purposes set forth in the Code of Iowa and shall be codified as Chapter 165 of the Municipal Code, City of Hiawatha, Iowa.
