The Hiawatha Plumbing Code is hereby amended by adding the following new Section 1009.8 to the Uniform Plumbing Code as follows:
1009.8 A sand interceptor shall be required in all enclosed buildings which have doors which could allow driving, storing or loading a vehicle inside of a building and wherein a floor drain is provided.
