The Hiawatha Building Code is hereby amended by adding a new Section 109.3.1 to the International Building Code as follows:
109.3.1 Valuation. Valuation for the purpose of establishing permit fees for new construction, additions or alterations to existing buildings shall be determined by the Building Official from the HIAWATHA VALUATION SHEET in Table 1-A BUILDING PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE as adopted by resolution of the Hiawatha City Council.
