The Hiawatha Building Code is hereby amended by deleting Section 104.10.1 of the International Building Code and replacing said section as follows:

104.10.1 Flood Hazard Areas. The building official may grant modification to provisions required in the flood hazard areas as established by section 1612.3 in accordance with Hiawatha Ordinance 161.
