The Hiawatha Building Code is hereby amended by amending Section 103.1 of the International Building Code as follows:

103.1 Enforcement Agency. The Community Development Department and the official in charge thereof shall be known as the building official. The function of the agency shall be the implementation, administration and enforcement of the provisions of this code.
