Any violation of this chapter or of the laws of Iowa may be sufficient grounds for a hearing to consider revoking any taxicab business license issued. In addition to the criminal penalties set out in this chapter, the City may also pursue injunctive or other relief to prohibit or regulate a taxicab business not complying with the provisions of this chapter.
