128.03 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HIAWATHA, IOWA

Violations of this chapter shall be punished as a municipal infraction as provided in Chapter 4 of this Code of Ordinances. Each day in which any such violation is committed, continued or permitted shall be deemed a separate offense.
