All fees associated with Section 95.10 of this chapter will be mailed to the property owner as an invoice and said fees shall be paid to the City by the due date listed on the invoice for payment.
1. Fees associated with activities as provided in Section 95.10 of this chapter shall be adopted by resolution passed by City Council.
2. Fees charged in connection with activities provided in Section 95.10 of this chapter shall cover only the City’s costs, including but not limited to, City employee labor and the use of City equipment.
