If the circumstances reasonably so require, the law enforcement officer or an authorized representative may:
1. Placard the buildings and/or structures deemed to be a nuisance.
2. Placard and impound vehicles deemed to be a nuisance.
3. Evacuate persons from buildings and/or structures where clandestine laboratories/grow operations are located.
4. Establish perimeters or other boundaries at or near the site of a clandestine laboratory/grow operation and limit access to cleanup personnel.
