No person shall park automobiles or other vehicles in any public park except in places designated by the Parks Department. No vehicle shall be parked in such a manner as to obstruct any drive or roadway. Overnight parking of any vehicle is prohibited in any park except by written permission of the Parks and Recreation Director.
