13-1-9: FEES:
All petitions for annexation shall be filed in the office of the village clerk and be accompanied by a fee receipt reflecting payment to the village treasurer of the appropriate following fees:
   A.   Annexations without an annexation agreement shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   B.   Annexations with an annexation agreement shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
   C.   Disconnections shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00).
