12-5-11: EROSION CONTROL:
   A.   Soil erosion control measures shall be in accordance with the requirements and standards enumerated in title 10, chapter 7 of this code.
   B.   Prior to the commencement of construction, the subdivider's erosion control plan shall be presented for review by the village engineer. (Ord. 2007-19, 5-21-2007)
