This title is one of several documents in effect and in force in the village that govern the use and development of land. Other applicable relevant documents include the comprehensive plan, which may include the major street plan and land use plan; the comprehensive map; the master water and sewer plan; the zoning ordinance; and the water and sewer use ordinance. Where and if the provisions of these documents conflict, the stricter of the regulations shall apply. For contiguous areas outside of the corporate limits of the village, the county zoning ordinance may be applicable. (Ord. 2007-19, 5-21-2007)
