11-13-3: APPLICABILITY:
The substantive and procedural requirements of this section shall apply to all wind energy facilities that are governed by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-13-26 and which are proposed, operated, modified, or constructed after the effective date hereof. (Ord. 2013-11, 3-21-2013)
