10-9-8: HARDSHIP CASES AND APPEAL:
In cases where the requirements of this chapter will be a hardship to the property owner or when the intended purpose and provisions of this chapter will not be violated, the property owner may petition to the board of trustees for issuance of special permit to accommodate all reasonable circumstances.
