10-9-5: BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED:
All persons, firms or corporations shall be required to obtain a building permit prior to installation, erection or enlargement of a fence located within the village. See chapter 3 of this title for building permit requirements. (Ord. 2009-108, 9-8-2009)
