The owner shall be responsible for all contractors that are performing construction activities on subject property and any damage that might be caused to the streets, curb and gutters, sidewalks, and line and grade of ditches and sewer. The owner shall be responsible to repair any damages to the satisfaction of the Village of Heyworth. If the owner has not completed the repair within three (3) months after notice to repair has been issued, the Village of Heyworth may complete the repair at the expense of the property owner.
