A. Excavation/Utility/Curb Cut: If applicable, the owner/applicant shall apply for the "Excavation/Utility/Curb Cut Permit Application" and receive the necessary permits prior to the commencement of construction. Refer to chapter 4 of this title for the requirements of excavation/utility/curb cut permits.
B. Permit For Occupancy: Occupancy of any structure within the Village limits shall be prohibited unless a permit for occupancy has been applied for and issued by the Village of Heyworth. Refer to chapter 5 of this title for the requirements of occupancy permits.
C. Additional Requirements: It is the responsibility of the owner to satisfy any additional permitting requirements of the Village of Heyworth and of other relevant permitting authorities and to pay all costs associated with obtaining the necessary approvals to construct the proposed improvements.
