A. It shall be unlawful for any owner, occupant or agent of the same to occupy premises within the village and permit any of the conditions enumerated herein, which are declared a nuisance, to exist.
B. Any person, firm or corporation or other business entity found in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day the violation continues.
C. Should a violation of this chapter be found, any occupancy or building permit issued by the village for the property in violation may be revoked or a stop work order may be issued by the appropriate administrating official of the village. (Ord. 2009-09, 2-2-2009)
