A. Any definitions pertaining to health and sanitation that are set forth in chapter 1 of this title are hereby adopted by reference as a part of this chapter.
B. "Public nuisance" includes any of the following:
1. The physical condition or use of any premises regarded as a public nuisance at common law; or
2. Any physical condition, use or occupancy of the premises considered an attractive nuisance to children, including, but not limited to, abandoned wells, basements, excavations, and unsafe fences and structures; or
3. Any premises which is manifestly capable of being a fire hazard, or is manifestly unsafe or unsecured as to endanger life, limb or property; or
4. Any premises which is unsanitary or which is littered with rubbish or garbage; has uncontrolled growth of weeds; is damaged by fire to the extent the structure is beyond repair; or is in danger of collapse; or
5. Any premises cluttered with junk and debris so as to prevent the orderly maintenance or care of the property; or
6. Any other nuisance as defined in title 5 of this code. (Ord. 2009-09, 2-2-2009)
