A. Any person, corporation, owner, lessee, agent, tenant or other person or business entity that violates any of the provisions of this chapter, upon being found guilty, shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation, or be imprisoned for not to exceed six (6) months, or both such fine and such imprisonment. Each day that any such violation or failure continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such.
B. Should a violation of this chapter be found, any occupancy or building permit issued by the village for the property in violation may be revoked or a stop work order may be issued by the appropriate administrating official of the village. (Ord. 2009-08, 2-2-2009)
