10-1-18: GARBAGE AND REFUSE STORAGE 1 :
Every dwelling unit shall have adequate refuse, garbage, or rubbish storage facilities on its property and shall utilize that facility. A failure to have or utilize a property facility shall be a violation of this section. (Ord. 2009-08, 2-2-2009)
