Any person or business entity violating any provision of this chapter, or refusing or neglecting to conform to or carry out any of the requirements hereof, shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and be punishable as such. (Ord. 2019-22, 4-18-2019)
