9-5-5: FEES:

A. Any property in the Village corporate limits that has an active water service to the property shall be required to pay a fee for garbage and recycling collection as adopted by the Village Board of Trustees. The applicable rate is available contacting the Heyworth Village Hall/Water Department. (Ord. 2019-22, 4-18-2019)
